@SUBWAY you should check the subway in oak ridge NC for what they charge. Ordered a kids meal and then was told nothing comes with it. What is a kids meal without anything? Could have got a full 6 in sub cheaper. Last visit for me! This place is a complete rip off

@AmericanAir are all employees on strike today?? Traffic backed up in Charlotte due to no ground crew. Greensboro same issue with 2 planes. This is ridiculous. A 20 minute flight has taken over 2 hours!!!!!

Your site is down once again. So over this! What kind of customer service is our systems are experiencing difficulties, call back some other time? This is an ongoing issue. You can’t pay bills, book vacations ever without some 2 hour wait.

@AmericanAir Just called and spoke to a supervisor who was no help. I wanted a 75.00 same day change confirmed and out of 6 flights that is not available??? I was told that you wanted to sell the seats and make money by this supervisor.

@AmericanAir I am a gold member. I asked for a blanket on a 3 hour flight and I was told only 1st class gets a blanket. Treated like slum by her.
