Beware: Do not use @bookingcom for travel. My daughter purchased airline tickets and is entitled to refunds over $1K after flights were cancelled. They have been promising refunds since Feb. and we have nothing. They keep stringing us along hoping we’ll give up. Awful company.

@avianca your staff at Caracas airport told me 2 days ago my bag was on its way to Valencia & would then be sent by courier. Since, I have heard nothing from you. When I call, Avianca staff tell me they don't know where my suitcase is. Has it now been lost? Or worse, stolen?
