Worst customer service experience ever. Currently stranded in Rome because a @bookingcom partner cancelled our stay after taking direct payment (€464). @bookingcom refuses to refund our cash, trapped our money as locked travel credits we can't withdraw!

Not being able to plan has caused the bulk of the problem.
Your messages make it appear things are getting better when they actually aren’t. Making yourself look good is actually making you look worse.
