@EtihadHelp No response from @EtihadAirways after 2 months of follow-up. My 10-month-old infant was given ZERO food on a 15-hour flight despite asking crew multiple times. We had to use our own food to feed our baby @CTA_gc @Transport_gc — as a Canadian passenger I expect action under APPR.

@UberIN_Support @CourtIndia how do I address this? It's not about money, same Uber would have responded in a different way in US/Canada, but here they are so relaxed and saying system constraints to address the issue, it is because law and order is very weak in India. @arjunrammeghwal

@Uber_Support 2/4 Same driver was shown up and again and asked to cancel again, I asked him why did u accept again? He said he has no option to see where the trip is. I had cancelled again.

My flight from Toronto to Visakhapatnam (via Delhi) on Sept 16 had a 9hr layover, now rescheduled to 18hrs overlay. Both airlines refuse accommodation despite APPR rules. Please provide hotel & transport as required. PNR : 326AXU
