@AxisBank why SPAM forex card customers to update KYC when the customer PAN and other data exists in your system. I received over 15 reminders., When called (if lucky to get thru) ur CC agents check and apologize for inconvenience. Pathetic customer service and waste of money.

@lufthansa LH call center in Germany (Jimmy) Yes if the web checkin asks for Transit visa even when u don't need one, go to airport check-in 2 hours ahead. They will surely have seats as many passengers don't checkin online. Hillarious!! !! #poorservice #badservice #lufthansalies

@Lufthansa_USA Why does your web check-in process ask a B-1 visa holder and F-1 student to have transit visa in Germany when flying back from Chicago O'Hare to Bangalore #lufthansa customer service. Can it be more unfriendly !!
