The TVK stooge who posted added a caption saying the victim backtracked.

Do you realise that the lady in the video is not the victim but someone random who claims to have "been with the victim" when the incident happened.

Another TVK person. Would you take someone from DMK as a credible witness when the accused is from DMK?

Again in any case... Stopping someone from filing a complaint is shameful. If you can't see that, hopeless.

It is up to the cops to find out who is the who here is lying and what really happened.

But in order to do that, I repeat:

1. The MLA should not hush the victim and stop her from filing a complaint
2. The victim should not be asked to remove the MLAs name from the complaint.
3. The victim shouldn't be harrassed by goons and evicted from her house for filing the compaint when the investigation is going on.
Irrespective of what actually happened, these are examples of break down of basic ethics and law and order. If you don't see that, I can't help it. Shame!

Nope. It was 2 other TVK functionaries. But the MLA is accused of the following:
1. Tried to hush the ordeal that the victim was subjected to by offering jobs from "mel idam"
2. The cops failed to get the complaint from the victim unless she removed the MLAs name from the complaint
3. The victim has complained that the MLA has been harassing her through his goons since she named him
