#LahoreSmog is getting worse & #COVID19 cases are increasing. Situation won't improve by blaming farmers or neighbours🤔 Fuel quality is still bad, many vehicles not road worthy, waste is burnt & factories emit toxic fumes. We must enforce our Policies & Rules in true spirit.
Thank you @BBhuttoZardari@BakhtawarBZ for releasing hatchlings of green #turtles in collaboration with @wildlife_forest @JavedMahar7. Indeed a great gesture to show, thus promoting a sense of realisation amongst our youth about our rich natural resources @WWFPak@afiasalam
In KP we started #BillionTreeTsunami, that was the first time ever a government had done something for protection of environment in Pakistan.
The magic formula was that we involved local communities, women and youth, who took ownership.
PM Imran Khan at @IUCN#RCF2019
