🚨 Is #BOI a Bank or a Circus?

What’s Happening Inside BANK OF INDIA

Transfer orders for CSAs were issued on 3 September 2025. Employees submitted acceptance long ago.

Yet months later many CSAs are STILL not relieved. Why❓
Because every Circle Office is acting like an independent kingdom.

Some circles relieved staff. But some circles are still sitting on the files.

Then Excuse 1: Relieving after promotion process.
Now Excuse 2: Relieving after fresh recruitment.

So basically transfer orders from Head Office mean NOTHING?
Are Circle Managers running their own Bank of India?

Employees are stranded away from families, paying double rent, living under stress while management keeps inventing excuses.

And where are the banking unions?
Why is @ChVenkatachalam silent when members are suffering?

@nilesh_pawar15 I know this may not be an officers’ issue, but this is a clear injustice in the bank. When most unions are silent, your urgent intervention is needed.

This is not administration.
This is complete HR failure and arrogance.

@DFS_India @RBI must intervene immediately and Direct @BankofIndia_IN to relieve ALL CSAs transferred on 3 Sept 2025 without further delay.

Employees are not bonded labour.

Relieve them NOW.

@iNitinTyagi @BankofIndia_IN Almost 3 months have passed since the Interzone transfer order for clerical staff was released by the BOI Head office. But the Zonal office is not relieving on the pretext of `acute shortage of clerical staff '. During placing demand for recruitment, they say they have excess.

🚨URGENT: @BankofIndia_IN CSA STAFF SUFFERING DUE TO HR DELAY🚨

On 3rd Sept 2025, transfer list was issued & branch allotment deadline was 20th Sept.
➡️ It’s been almost 2 months.
➡️ No acceptance confirmation.
➡️ No relieving orders.
➡️ HR not responding.

More than 500+ affected staff are begging on WhatsApp & messaging Unions, but still no action.

Officers’ transfers completed smoothly but clerical staff are left waiting, families separated, rental agreements expired, living under extreme stress.

These transfers were MANDATED by the bank, not requested by employees. After 4-5 years of service, when transfers are finally given, why such injustice & postponement?

#BankofIndia Management & HR Dept must act immediately and release all CSA staff without further delay.

Union leaders cannot remain silent. Employees are losing patience.
If this continues, voices will only grow louder.

देखिए @BankofIndia_IN में क्लेरिकल स्टाफ का शोषण

2021 से पहले हर साल ट्रांसफर लिस्ट आती थी।
2021 के बाद 2024 में बस आधी-अधूरी लिस्ट आई।
यूनियन ने कहा कि Supplementary list आएगी
तीन साल हो गए, पर कुछ नहीं हुआ।

Officers Scale 1 से Scale 7 तक - सबके ट्रांसफर हो गए
पर क्लेरिकल कर्मचारी आज भी इंतजार में बैठे हैं।

Feb में IOM आया था - बोला, जितनी applications hold में हैं, भेज दो। लेकिन कोई कार्यवाही नहीं
पहले हर quarter में waiting list आती थी और अब सन्नाटा।

यूनियन कहती है -अप्रैल में list आएगी, फिर बोली May में, फिर June में… और अब July भी आधा निकल गया पर लिस्ट का कोई पता नहीं

मैनेजमेंट कहता है - No idea
यूनियन कहती है - No idea.
मैनेजमेंट तो दुष्ट है ही लेकिन @FOBOISU तुम क्यो चुप हो?

तो सवाल ये है कि ये IDEA किसके पास है?

क्लेरिकल स्टाफ भी इंसान हैं, कोई फाइलें नहीं
कि इनकी ज़िंदगी decisions की waiting list में अटका दी
कोई सुनने वाला नहीं। कोई जवाबदेही नहीं।

और फिर कहते हैं - Proud to be Banker… my foot

शर्म आनी चाहिए @BankofIndia_IN के इस सड़े हुए सिस्टम को, जो Bankers को ही अपने घर से दूर कर दे,
और उनके सपनों को सालों तक pending list में रख छोड़े।
@ChVenkatachalam एक स्ट्राइक इनके लिए भी करके दिखाओ तो जाने।
