@FragranceShopUK your 25% off members discount isn’t working online for members, it’s states the 25% price and then at checkout just auto applies the 20% discount instead which is frustrating. I’ve tried refreshing etc with no joy
@FragranceShopUK sent me the wrong items nearly a week ago and I’ve still not had customer service come back to me that they are rectifying it. These were for someone’s birthday. How can I get a response that is being actioned? There is still time to get the correct items to me
