@LundukeJournal This doesn’t make any actual sense. Especially for extremely weak embedded systems I bet this rust rewrite will have a major performance impact. I’m not a fan of rust whatsoever but at least keep it contained to the normal desktop PC focused distros.

@_Stocko_ How did you model the actual spline teeth? I tried to do that in a model very similar to yours and it ended up printing as basically a circle that didn’t fit on the servo

@lauriewired I don’t think this will really be the “default” anytime soon. Especially for VR where any added input or frame lag at all (especially 100+ms worth) is extremely noticeable and motion sickness inducing
