Marauder on-water testing is in full swing.
The team took Marauder from initial design to on-water trials in under 12 months. Now we're running it on the water 12+ hours a day, seven days a week, proving out the autonomy at range and in conditions that don't cooperate. We're pushing the system hard - it's the same bar we've held on every vessel we've fielded, and we're holding it here. We're putting in the work that matters and we're glad to be doing it.

The U.S. military confirmed multiple military variant Saronic Corsairs, our 24ft ASV, were used in strikes to degrade Iran’s ability to continue attacking commercial shipping — marking the first time American forces have employed sea drones in combat operations.

Two U.S. Army pilots were pulled from the water after their Apache helicopter went down near the Strait of Hormuz — and the rescue came from a completely unmanned vessel.
An autonomous drone boat built by Austin-based defense company Saronic carried out what is believed to be the first publicly known U.S. military rescue mission involving an unmanned vessel.
The Corsair operates without onboard personnel and can be designed to carry out a mission without constant remote control, allowing crews to respond in dangerous environments without putting additional service members at risk, @Brooketaylortv reports. | @AmericaNewsroom

Develop logic, modeling, or machine learning approaches that improve decision-making in dynamic maritime environments.
📍 Track 3: Machine Learning Track
Apply machine learning techniques to real autonomy-focused datasets and deployment scenarios.

This is what building at speed looks like.
We recently announced a $300M investment to expand our shipyard in Franklin, Louisiana. We broke ground immediately and are working around the clock to bring 300,000+ sq. ft. of new shipbuilding capacity online by the end of this year.
What that means is that by January 1, 2027, this capacity goes live — driving a step-function increase in Marauder production from an already rapid baseline, while strengthening the U.S. maritime industrial base and accelerating delivery of next-generation autonomous vessels.
And we’re just getting started.
