@Bababanker2 @idesibanda The sign is different. And I don't think k UFBU has a convener now. Looks fake

@Survivor794651 @WhimsicalAloo In short shifts are going to add more misery on the bankers who are already struggling with work load and very poor work life balance

[Aswin Radhan @Aswin_ARK]

@Survivor794651 @WhimsicalAloo 2. Banks are hell bent on profitability trying to eek penny out each employee. They are never going to hire enough people to work in shifts. Filling up backlog vacancy is one of the demands of this strike as well.

[Aswin Radhan @Aswin_ARK]

@Survivor794651 @WhimsicalAloo Being an ex banker who currently enjoys 5 day working right now.

1. I know a lot of bankers who are already working more hours than whoever is working 7 days a week. Try shifts, and their average work time per day will increase even more. Not at all healthy.

@zomatocare @zomato @Zomato_india To hear the support say the order was only 56 minutes delayed ?

[Aswin Radhan @Aswin_ARK]

Zomato masterclass on making 3 guys struggle in rain.
2 hours for a delivery with an hour delay.
Make 1st delivery partner come to the location and wait in the rain as he can't deliver, since delivery partner has been changed and the customer isn't made aware.

ഇട മാത്രം അല്ല..ഒരു വീടിൻ്റെ ജനൽ നേരെ അപ്പുറത്ത് ഉള്ള വീടിനോട് ചേർന്ന് ആവും.

@WhimsicalAloo If you were working in the Kerala circle, you might know about MPSF. That's when I decided it's time, enough is enough.
Things have gotten worse since then.
