@AJogee You're right and it's been broken for some time but blame won't fix it - action needs to be taken. Too much admin, and funding makes no sense. SEND provision should be 100% or nothing - a child does not have SEND requirements 4 days out of 5, so %age awards need to end.

@sainsburys @nectar why are you making it more difficult to collect bonus points? Today after shopping I get a coupon to collect 100 bonus points when buying fuel. Open buying fuel I don’t get them credited but given another paper voucher to scan when I next shop to collect?
