The Prophet Muḥammad ﷺ said:

“O Allah, I warn people most strongly against violating the rights of the two vulnerable ones: the orphan and the woman.”

It was transmitted by Ibn Mājah (3678), Aḥmad (9664), and al-Nasāʾī in al-Sunan al-Kubrā (9149).
