Anyone notice how Ben Shapiro doesn't actually say he wasn't with Gary Javitch? Three things:
1. He asserts there's no way that Gary responded himself to collect the $10k. But that was never a claim Candace made, so this is just a straw man from Ben.
2. Then Ben says that he'll donate $10k for every wrong guess. Fair enough. But he still hasn't said Gary Javitch is wrong.
3. The possibility exists that Gary Javitch was making up the story about being with Ben, but Ben doesn't make that claim, either.

Furthermore, if it was Gary Javitch and Candace has it right, then Ben knows he won't have to donate any money, but is using that idea to get the credit as if he did. Very clever, Ben, but not everyone is a "dumb goyim."

Trump just erased $80 million owed to one of the poorest Native American tribes in the country. Here’s the story nobody’s telling.

Jason Galanis was a financier, the son of a man who’d already done federal time for fraud. In 2014 he ran one of the most cynical schemes imaginable. He targeted the Wakpamni Lake Community Corporation, the economic development arm of a community within the Oglala Sioux Tribe on the Pine Ridge Reservation in South Dakota, one of the poorest places in the United States. The bonds he engineered were supposed to fund what a place like that desperately needs: jobs, development, a future.

Instead, prosecutors said, Galanis and his co-conspirators issued more than $60 million in worthless tribal bonds through lies, sold them to investors, and pocketed the proceeds, spending the money on personal luxuries including jewelry instead of reinvesting it as promised. They looted a development fund meant for a tribe that could least afford to lose it. Galanis himself testified his companies were “entrusted with $11 billion of union members’ pension fund money whose trust I betrayed.”

Galanis pleaded guilty and was sentenced to nearly 16 years in federal prison, and ordered to pay more than $80 million in forfeiture and restitution to his victims, including the tribe

Now the twist.

One of his co-conspirators was Devon Archer. If that name sounds familiar, it’s because Archer was Hunter Biden’s former business partner, who became a star witness for House Republicans investigating the Biden family.

In March 2025, Trump fully pardoned Archer, wiping out his conviction. His own staff secretary admitted the “tone and tenor” of the case “changed dramatically” after Archer began cooperating against the Bidens.

Days later, quietly, with no announcement, Trump commuted Galanis’s sentence too, to time served, with “no further fines, restitution, probation, or other conditions.”

Read that last part again.

Trump didn’t just let Galanis out early. He erased the roughly $80 million in restitution owed to the Oglala Sioux and the other victims he defrauded. The tribe was supposed to be made whole for the rest of his life. That debt simply vanished.

And it fits a pattern. A commutation used to just end a sentence. Trump uses clemency to wipe out debts owed to victims and taxpayers. California’s governor’s office tallied that his clemency grants have erased close to $2 billion in victim and taxpayer recovery across Medicare fraud, tax fraud, and cases like this.

A man stole $60 million meant for one of the poorest Native communities in America, spent it on jewelry, got 16 years and $80 million in restitution. His co-conspirator became a witness against the Bidens. Both walked free within days of each other.

The Oglala Sioux don’t get their money back. Galanis keeps what’s left of it.

You condemn Candace for publishing Charlie’s private communications because, you argue, Charlie is no longer here to defend himself. Yet, in the very same post, you publicly relay what Charlie allegedly told you in private about Candace—that she had “crossed the Rubicon,” was a “lost cause,” and could never be trusted again.

Which standard of conduct applies here—one for Candace and another for you?

If private conversations are sacred, then your anecdotes should be off-limits too. If your private conversations with Charlie are fair game because they provide important context, then you cannot condemn Candace for relying on Charlie’s own written words to provide context. You don’t get to have it both ways.

As the official spokesman for TPUSA—one of America’s largest conservative nonprofit educational organizations for young people, and now one of the most outspoken pro-Israel organizations on the American right—you should be setting a far higher standard of conduct and public discourse.

Instead, your exchanges with Candace have become increasingly personal, sneering, and noticeably evasive.

Here is the truth, Andrew: TPUSA cannot spin, sanitize, or PR its way out of ten months of appalling optics.

If Charlie was truly your friend, the public should have seen TPUSA—and, more importantly, Erika, his widow—leading the demand for answers from the very beginning. There were glaring inconsistencies to examine, witnesses to question, security failures to expose, and legitimate leads that required independent investigation until the full truth was known.

The official @FBI narrative was very quickly exposed as highly questionable. Your collective lack of interest in challenging such an unlikely account of what happened has created some of the most disturbing optics of all.

Instead, we watched you, Blake, and Erika relentlessly try to destroy @RealCandaceO—the one person publicly refusing to allow the unanswered questions surrounding Charlie’s assassination to be buried beneath evasions, insults, lawsuits, and a coordinated campaign to ruin her reputation—one that even included attacks from @POTUS himself.

At the same time, we watched TPUSA move further and further away from Charlie’s original vision for the organization.

☝️Something you appear to be forgetting is that the state is seeking to execute Tyler Robinson. Has it even occurred to you that he could be innocent—or that he could be the convenient man selected to carry the blame while the truth remains buried? Are you prepared to contribute to a climate in which a potentially innocent man is shot dead by a firing squad?

If there is any possibility that Robinson is a patsy, then your conduct will surely help secure his execution while Charlie’s real killers walk free.

☝️Charlie’s own words cannot be erased, either. He spoke publicly, on camera, about Israel, Gaza, and the pressure being placed upon him by his Jewish donors. Those statements exist, however inconvenient they may now be to TPUSA.

Attacking Candace will not make people forget what they have learned through their own research and through hers. It only makes TPUSA look increasingly frightened of scrutiny—and that’s not a good look.

A lot of people forget that the Charlie Kirk ass*ssination at UVU wasn't live-streamed to the internet. We only found out about the ass*ssination attempt on Charlie when news began to break on social media several minutes later.

But Ben Shapiro & his IDF security team knew there was something they needed to know about before it hit social media. Listen to him: "My security was on the phone with Charlie's security because nobody knew what the hell was going on & WE were getting updates along the way"—implying they knew something had happened, they just didn't know exactly what, and they were seeking more information.

But why would they have even known something had happened at that point? The security team had Charlie loaded into the SUV and were driving to the hospital in less than 1 minute. The drive to the hospital was less than 10 minutes, probably about 7 minutes.

Meaning Ben and his security team were trying to get updates within 2-6 minutes of the event. Long before news hit the media. Why—how—could they even know that they needed or wanted to know something? You follow?

To know that you have uncertainty about an event, which is what Ben was saying here, you first have to know about the event in the first place. And they shouldn't have known about the possible ass*ssination within 2-6 minutes when the event wasn't even live streamed, and they were hundreds of miles away.
