Welp, here’s our very last @hellofresh delivery. After being loyal customers on and off (mostly on) for 10 years, our faith and integrity demand that the Basham family no longer support a company that would be so disgusting as to promote their product (which is FOOD by the way) by suggesting it can be used by gay men to clear out their rectums of feces in preparation for sodomy. (Yes, this is really what they did).
It is actually going to be a little bit of a hardship on us as I continue to receive cancer treatments that require me to travel across country every couple of weeks. But it is a small sacrifice.
So we are looking for another meal delivery service if any one can recommend some that are easy prep, yummy, and reasonably healthy. Thanks!
As for me in my house, we serve the Lord and we can’t support that.
@BiblicalBeauty It was my first time back to DC in 30 years with the family and we had such a good time. I agree with clean and safe. We will go back soon!
@MichelleDLesley I also will include in prayer, “That you may be filled with the knowledge of His will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding.” Col 1💚
@BBQsnob Awesome talking with you today! Don’t know how you do it- our leftovers will have to wait until tomorrow. Message us next time you’re in town. We’d love to talk bbq over great bbq again! -The Brisket Whisperer
@Chris_Hohnholz It took a year after retirement for my husband to be able to sleep past 4:30am. He still has his mornings when the to-do list is playing on repeat but those days are way fewer than before.🙌🏼😴
@jreesebradley I can relate to how it’s hard to define. Both my parents are in memory care. My dad isn’t saved either and I miss getting to converse with them. The Shakespeare quote “O, grief hath changed me since you saw me last.” really nails it.🥺
@AmyInCheeseLand I try not to roll my eyes at people who bring dogs into stores that bark or can’t behave. Although, my eyes practically get stuck in the back of my head when I see someone with a cat stroller.🙄
Scientist at Mount Sinai School of Medicine's Light and Health Research Center says that the new headlight bulbs being used in America are dangerous and causing accidents
“He says, older headlights use halogen bulbs which have a softer orange color, but newer ones are bluish white. You're creating a lot of glare for those other drivers”
I agree, the new headlights are awful and blind you. They should have never been allowed on the market
