@British_Airways Hi JulieR — appreciate the reply, but this genuinely happens every single time at Heathrow.Why is it that other airports manage bags on the carousel within 15 minutes, yet here we’re still waiting an hour later? It’s becoming a bit of a tradition just not the one anyone wants.
