@TheCardiacCane @Mikeysurf@EmbracePaceUVA And as far as taking the L, I've accepted the loss. You guys won fair and square. You played well. My only point was that claiming UVA was favored by the officials is asinine.
@TheCardiacCane @Mikeysurf@EmbracePaceUVA And UVA commits the 2nd fewest fouls in the country per game at 12.7. NC St commits almost 18 per game and is ranked 193rd. So, NC St was called for fewer fouls than their per game average, and UVA was called for well over their average. Food for thought.
@TheCardiacCane @Mikeysurf@EmbracePaceUVA Haha ok buddy. Funderburk is a good player, but he didn't make anybody look like a JV player. He was open on some rolls bc we hard hedge every ball screen and the help was a bit late a few times. Almost every bucket he had was a 3 ft bunny.
@K24P @kenpomeroy He probably told them what to do on a miss or make. That's typically what goes on in those timeouts. Whether they actually ran it or not....
@DrewGoodman89 I guess it's a good thing in a way, because we've been SO spoiled by success the last 5 or 6 years. We just have to be patient. In my opinion, this isn't as hard to stomach as the Pete Gillen and Dave Leitao years. We know we have an unbelievable coach and some guys in new roles.
@RockChalkBlog You know who else was lucky? Every single national champion. You must have some luck to run the table in a tournament that isn't a best-of series format. We've made the tournament 6 years in a row and have made two elite eights in the last 4 years with a natty. Looks good to me.
@AlecLower@brianonorio@robwinborn @RTD_MikeBarber This is so wrong, I don't even know what to say. Your thumb touches the ball on every single dribble. Period. You're just flat out wrong.
@AlecLower@brianonorio@robwinborn @RTD_MikeBarber You guys are hilarious. I'm actually really enjoying this. The argument that thumbs are of no use in basketball is completely asinine. If you're being sarcastic, then that's funny and I approve. If you're serious, you know very little about the game of basketball.
