There comes a point when silence itself becomes consent. By staying quiet, we risk condoning behaviors and ideas that are harmful and unacceptable.

As a Christian man — a husband and father — I have often chosen to “turn the other cheek,” especially when it comes to politics. I don’t want to create enemies or stir up division. Many people I disagree with I still love, and that’s how it should be.

But there is also a time when silence is no longer faithfulness — it is compromise. We are called to stand for truth, to define right from wrong, and to reject ideas that are plainly destructive. The “woke agenda” that had infiltrated the left - has caused hatred, division, and now it’s taking lives. We must anchor ourselves in TRUTH — the truth of Christ revealed in Scripture.

Let me be clear: Jesus’ message is always that you are loved, no matter who you are or what you’ve done. But His Word also gives us a standard to live by — not to take joy from us, but to give us life and freedom.

Porn is ruining men from their teens to old age. It is destroying dating, marriages, and families. It should not be normalized — it should be resisted and outlawed.

Abortion is murder. We’ve grown numb to it, but that does not make it less evil. It should be illegal. Fathers must be held accountable, and mothers must be supported — by families, churches, government, and private organizations.

Homosexuality is a sin in Scripture, whether it hurts people’s feelings or not.

Transgender ideology denies reality itself. God created us male and female — XX or XY. No surgery or identity shift can change that. Kids who are confused need help and compassion, not encouragement to live in denial of truth.

Hurting someone’s feelings is not violence. Disagreement is not hate. Freedom of speech is a bedrock of this country — and as Christians, it’s part of how we share the gospel.

Charlie Kirk was an example of this — a follower of Jesus, a husband, and a father who used his voice for truth. And he was executed for it.

Most people, regardless of beliefs, are good, kind, and loving. But if we are to truly love one another, we must not shy away from hard conversations. We must be willing to stand for what is right, no matter the cost, and work together toward a world built on truth, not lies.

Sickening.

I was in the middle of @patrickbetdavid’s Vault Conference with my wife when she showed me the news about Charlie on her phone.

Somebody sent her a photo. I saw it, and had to quickly excuse myself from the venue.

I was in the lobby trying not to vomit.

At this point, Charlie was still reportedly alive.

I wandered around in a daze. People who recognized me were coming up to shake my hand, but I just saw through them. All the noise in the room disappeared. I felt like I was underwater.

I told these people the news. The look on their faces told me they didn’t know either.

We prayed for a miracle…

But moments later, another friend walked up to me and told me the devastating final news.

Charlie Kirk was pronounced dead.

I just sat on the ground in that lobby and wept.

I haven’t wept like that in a long time.

And I’ve never wept over the death of a public figure I’ve never met before.

Hearing myself weep in my hands reminded me of the time when I was kid, hearing my dad weep receive the news in the other room that his dad passed away.

While processing the trauma, I was analyzing why this news hurt me so bad. The answer was clear.

I wouldn’t be who I am without Charlie Kirk.

As a man who found his way by God’s grace into some form of internet spotlight by exposing the wickedness in the culture, I fully recognize that Charlie Kirk is a leader who gave me a the privilege of going second.

It’s way easier to speak courageously when somebody else goes first — and does it way more effectively at that.

But, now, he’s gone.

Not peacefully in old age.
Murdered.
Brutally on video at 31.
Leaving behind his beautiful wife and children.

I just turned 33 in July. I thought of my own wife and children.

My grief turned to disbelief. I’m still in denial from moment to moment.

I feel like I lost a family member.
A hero.

I’m still processing so much. My wife and I are both grieving. I will probably have more h thoughts later.

But what I can say definitively is this…

This is the moment where leaders rise up.
This is the moment where new heroes are born and emboldened.
This is the moment where God does a changing of the guards.

New assignments.
New positions.
New marching orders.

The cowards? Move out of the way.
It’s time for people with courage to carry the bloodstained mantle that was dropped.

This dark day will spark a flood of fearless light of revival that will shake business, media, entertainment, education, families, government, and even the institutions of faith.

This is a trumpet blast — a call to advance, not retreat.

It’s a call to win back the culture. For good.

I hope I'm wrong.

But tonight feels like some sort of invisible line has been crossed that we didn't even know was there. The last time I felt like this was 9/11 when it was clear, without knowing the how and the what, that the world was about to change forever.

Like the rules of the game had been permanently altered and there was simply no going to back to the innocent, peaceful past.

I didn't feel like this when an attempt was made on President Trump's life. If I had to rationalise why I didn't, I guess it's because several US Presidents have been shot at and even assassinated. Somehow it was within the realms of the possible, no matter how awful.

But to murder a young father simply for doing debates and mobilising young people to vote for a party that represents half of America? This is something else.

Charlie's death is a tragedy for his wife, his children and his family. I don't pray often. I am praying for them tonight.

But I fear his murder will be a tragedy for all of us in ways we will only understand as time unfolds.

I hope I'm wrong.

Then from there you can calculate:

Monthly revenue goal
Weekly revenue goal
DAILY revenue goal

Now you can hold the following departments accountable to produce the following KPIs to you daily, weekly and monthly:

Marketing - Leads needed daily/weekly/monthly
Marketing/CSR - Appointments needed daily/weekly/monthly
Marketing/CSR/Sales Leadership - Demos ran daily/weekly/monthly
Sales leadership - Contracts sold daily/weekly/monthly

Start holding people accountable based off of actual set targets, instead of just emotion. Daily standups need to occur and your team needs to be able to tell you if we are executing on the inputs required to get the outcome we are all working towards.
