سفارت جمهوری اتریش بدین‌وسیله اعلام می‌دارد که از تاریخ ۱۰ تیر ۱۴۰۵، فعالیت عادی خود را در تهران از سر گرفته است.
زمان ازسرگیری خدمات کنسولی نیز متعاقباً از طریق کانال‌های رسمی سفارت اعلام خواهد شد.

I had a call with the Foreign Minister of Iran Abbas @araghchi . We discussed the situation in Iran and the spiralling escalation in the Middle East. Diplomatic solutions and de-escalation are urgently needed.

I emphasized the need to end the strikes on neighbouring countries and restore freedom of navigation in the Strait Hormuz especially regarding the humanitarian aspect of global food security with a focus on fertilizers and other essential goods.

Regarding the Iranian nuclear program Austria supports any diplomatic way forward that leads to a new agreement and full cooperation with the @iaeaorg .

In times like this it is important to maintain dialogue.

دکتر فریدریش اشتیفت، سفیر جدید اتریش در تاریخ ۲۷ آبان استوارنامه خود را تقدیم ریاست محترم جمهور، دکتر مسعود پزشکیان کرد.

Wir sind sehr besorgt über die aktuellen Entwicklungen im Nahen Osten. Wir appellieren an alle Seiten zu äußerster Zurückhaltung und Deeskalation sowie zu einer Rückkehr zur Diplomatie. Eine weitere Zuspitzung der Lage wäre für die Region brandgefährlich und muss unbedingt vermieden werden. Die Sicherheit unserer Staatsbürger hat für uns oberste Priorität. Wir stehen in engem Kontakt mit unseren Botschaften in der Region und ich habe darum gebeten, alle registrierten Österreicherinnen und Österreichern vor Ort aktiv zu kontaktieren. Darüber hinaus habe ich darum ersucht, mit unseren Partnerländern Kontakt aufzunehmen um alle Szenarien vorzubereiten. Der Krisenstab des Außenministeriums evaluiert die Situation laufend.

Even if this full-scale invasion no longer dominates every days‘ news, we must never get used to this blatant breach of int'l law.

We utterly condemn the execution of German-Iranian dual citizen Jamshid Sharmahd by the Iranian regime.

This ultimate punishment is disproportionate, inhuman and degrading, it must be abolished once and for all.

We urge #Iran to halt all executions!

As the fighting in the #MiddleEast continues, civilians are paying the highest price. This has to stop❗️

Very alarmed by continued reports of attacks on health centres & hospitals. Civilians, incl. health workers, must be protected at all times. A ceasefire is urgently needed!
