@Hertz He continually thought I wanted to upgrade, probably because he wanted me to upgrade. This is a horrible experience because I have to get to Pittsburgh and was forced to take the car because he said he had nothing else. #sad

@Hertz So I ordered a standard car from Hertz for this morning and I was given a Kia with a trunk that can only fit about two bags. The reservation said that it should be like a jetta. The salesman was trying to convince me this was a standard car.

My family was able to surprise my aunt yesterday for her birthday. Several members of the family are here in Florida. I find hanging out with family is one of the quickest ways to generate stories for writing. Lots of history and stories to draw from...
