Well, they have all the content from the ultimate edition ready on day one. Which means that that content is finished and designed as part of the vanilla experience. They cut that stuff out, selling it as a day 1 unlock/ultimate edition. Which means that in reality, the 80 dollar edition is the 'lite' edition, trimmed of stuff that's all ready to ship along with the vanilla experience. So base game is 100, lite 80. Marketing speech does not change that the content is ready day 1.
