@tfwrail what a joke, half the people on this train aren’t wearing one - would at least help if there was plenty of obvious signage up in the carriages to at least remind people of your supposed policy

@tfwrail @BTP Yes, I’m very mindful of exemptions, as were other passengers, however, the staff said they weren’t exempt; they just weren’t going to wear one because they’d been instructed by tfw that they only needed to wear a mask when the carriages were absolutely full

@tfwrail @BTP However, it doesn’t help when your own staff in tfw shirts aren’t wearing a mask either, and I also overheard staff telling a man that “if you don’t like it you don’t have to use our trains, go tell @BTP - masks and distancing is nothing to do with us”
