@tfwrail what a joke, half the people on this train aren’t wearing one - would at least help if there was plenty of obvious signage up in the carriages to at least remind people of your supposed policy
@tfwrail@BTP Yes, I’m very mindful of exemptions, as were other passengers, however, the staff said they weren’t exempt; they just weren’t going to wear one because they’d been instructed by tfw that they only needed to wear a mask when the carriages were absolutely full
@tfwrail@BTP However, it doesn’t help when your own staff in tfw shirts aren’t wearing a mask either, and I also overheard staff telling a man that “if you don’t like it you don’t have to use our trains, go tell @BTP - masks and distancing is nothing to do with us”
@TransportforWM@myswiftcard That’s great but not great when some refuse to wear masks and staff still let them on the trains and the other passengers are left sitting traveling with them like that for hours
