I am traveling alone from Dhanbad to Delhi in Train no-02301. PNR No-6342004307,seat no B1-20. A man in my coach who was fully drunk and carrying a alcohol bottle with himself and drinking in front of the co passenger and harrassing me verbally and passing explicit comments.

I went to look for TT and railway police for help. He followed me and passed abusive comments and inappropriate gestures .Police came but no such strict actions are taken. That man offered me money to do inappropriate stuff and to close the matter. No security is provided.
