Director of Design @FoundeverGlobal by day, excessive thinker by night. Building thoughtful AI experiences. Ex @LaiyeTechnology - @Mindsay_ai - @FutureIsBlank
@takazcao@foundeverglobal Well because with AI, the interface is no longer just buttons and screens.
You design intent, trust, uncertainty, feedback loops, and failure states. That’s a different kind of design problem.
We’re growing the design team at @foundeverglobal, & I’m hiring a Senior AI Product Designer.
You’ll help shape products powering billions of customer interactions, with a team that cares about craft, quality, & impact.
If that excites you, my DMs are open.
@ammaddyaseen@foundeverglobal Hey @ammaddyaseen at Foundever we’re focused on the whole customer journey, trying to empower human agents to help them deliver the best possible customer support.
However this particular role will indeed be more focused onto conversational AI tools.
Hiring a Product Designer @foundeverglobal.
We design for millions of conversations between people and AI, in production, at global scale.
If you care about complex systems and real world impact, DM me.
@marleen_swift@foundeverglobal At Foundever we run a suite of more than 10 different products, where each product designer is responsible to lead design end-to-end in collaboration with PM, engineers and researchers.
So we’re looking for candidates not afraid of ownership and responsibilities.
@emilkowalski Totally agree. The tiny pause buys trust, especially for low-frequency actions.
One small thing though: when the loading icon appears and makes the label jump, it can be visually annoying. Those micro layout shifts add cognitive noise and can impact user comfort.

hosting a “how to make great content” workshop
step 1: find your voice (or just copy someone with engagement)
step 2: buy chatgpt (or use grok if you like pain)
step 3: paste your prompt, pray to the 200 iq bot overlord
step 4: hit post, farm engagement, thank elon for the stimmy
wanna make a few variants? i can do “corporate influencer,” “crypto parody,” or “creator burnout” versions too.
@andywang@jamesm Totally agree. Saying « we care about design » is only a promise. Actually shipping details with quality is the receipt top designers look for.
Having @jamesm previously working on your website make that receipt hard to miss. 🎯
The US just named a Chief Design Officer.
France has DSFR + beta.gouv.
EU has DG DIGIT + ECL.
Titles vs toolkits. Who actually owns the outcome in Europe?
