Hermes Agent 现在支持 Windows + Linux 的 Computer Use 了。

说实话，这个更新把我之前的一个痛点直接解决了。

以前只能 macOS，现在全平台。后台默默帮你点、输、滚，不挡你当前工作流。你该刷 X 刷 X，它在你桌面底下干活。

改了什么？cua-driver 现在跑在 MCP server 里。你眼前的桌面干干净净，光标、焦点、窗口都不被打乱，跟 Hermes 真正"共工"，而不是互相抢台。这个细节很重要——谁也不希望干活的时候突然光标被 AI 劫走。

能干什么？读邮件里最新 Stripe 通知、填一个没有 API 的 Web 表单、骑在 Electron 桌面应用上操作、提取那种只有能看屏幕才能拿到的数据。说白了，只要有界面的反人类操作，它都能代理。

模型不锁死。不是只能用 Anthropic。Claude、GPT-4+、5.5、Gemini、本地的 vLLM / LM Studio，只要带视觉都能上。

纯文本模型也能跑，但降级到 accessibility tree，效果打折扣。这个我测过，基本属于"能跑但不保证能看懂"的程度，别抱太高期望。

装起来也简单：

或者去界面试试 Computer Use → cua-driver。开完记得给 Accessibility + Screen Recording 权限。hermes -t computer_use chat 就能开始。

最实在的一点：screenshots 吞 vision tokens。

这个功能适合没有 API / MCP 的 GUI 任务。真有接口的，还是优先 MCP。别浪费 token 在能直连的地方——这判断很实在，也是我自己的体感。

我现在的使用策略是：有 API 尽量走 API，没有的 GUI 操作再开 screenshot。省 token 就是省成本。

分享下 Hermes Agent v0.17.0 升级使用后的感受

1. 说真的，Hermes 这速度有点吓人。

v0.17.0，13 天前 Tony Simons 打了 4.5/5，扣的那 0.5 就是 subagent fan-out 会阻塞聊天。现在 asterisk 没了。

1,475 commits，245 contributors，两周不到。上版本是 874 / 170。Top 4 各自干了 92、60、27、23 个 PR。这不是 patch，是把整个底盘拆了重装。

2. 对我个人来说，最有体感的变化一个是 async subagents——delegate_task(background=true) 直接返回 handle，结果跑完自动流回对话里。之前那个阻塞聊天的问题，算是真解了。

另外四messaging通道：iMessage 原生集成（走 Photon Spectrum，不用 Mac relay）、WhatsApp Business Cloud API、SimpleX、Raft agent network。把通讯层补完整的速度，比多数竞品快得多。

3. 桌面端这次变化最大：从「能用」变成了我日常真的会用。快捷键可绑、native 通知、VS Code 主题、terminal pane 可缩放、watch-window 能直接看 subagent 活动流。这些都不是 big feature，但每个都在解决「交互手感」问题。

另外两个值得一提的：img2img 全 provider 支持（对我做 AI 图像的人来说很实际）、Automation Blueprints（不用记 cron 语法了）。

4. 保守说，这个 release 的节奏和社区密度，我现在看不到任何竞品能跟上。

OpenAI 的 Agent 生态有设定条件，Anthropic 偏研究向，还在塞安全护栏。Hermes 是典型「边调边跑」的工程节奏——有 bug 但迭代极快，而且社区真的在填 feature 而不只是 star。

5. 讲点判断：

这个速度能不能持续？大概率会慢下来，因为 easy win 吃完了。但 v0.17 已经把 floor 抬高了——subagent 异步、多通道、桌面端可用性这三个方向，别的开源 Agent 得重组架构才能追。

已经很久没有打开openclaw了。

Grok Imagine Video 1.5 来了。

xAI 说：更真、物理更好、生成更快。

看了 demo，说三个我实际在意的地方：

真实感 —— 1.0 走路像滑冰，1.5 的步态和衣服摆动终于不像「漂浮人偶」了。

物理 —— 水流、布料、光影跟随。是图生视频能不能从「demo 惊艳」跨到「实际可用」的那条线。从1.5 宣传片里的视频看起来，至少不穿帮。

速度 —— 提升明显。从「泡杯咖啡」到「回条消息」，生成速度更快。

希望视频生成赛道格局会变。

最近用 GPT Image 2 出图总感觉光影不稳？

做了一张 GPT Image 2 六大布光速查图，方便后期调试灯光用。

同一个模型、同一个提示词，换 6 种经典布光，出来 6 种「片感」：

1️⃣ Rembrandt（伦勃朗光）
侧前 45° 高位，鼻影接颧骨成倒三角——人像质感教科书，自带戏剧张力

2️⃣ Butterfly（蝴蝶光/派拉蒙光）
正上方略前，鼻下留短影像蝴蝶——美妆/时尚/女星大片标配，显骨相、藏法令纹

3️⃣ Split（分割光/一明一暗）
侧向 90°，脸一半亮一半暗——悬疑/硬汉/赛博朋克、反派感拉满

4️⃣ Loop（回环光）
