Jennifer McCabe - Deleted an incriminating Google search "hos long to die in cold" at 2:27am. Deleted 18 calls. Lied about deleting them.

Brian Albert - The day before the court ordered a preservation order on his cell phone he traded in his cellphone. He did not transfer his old data to his new phone. He also deleted his basement floor, his house and his dog Chloe.

Brian Higgins - The day before the court ordered a preservation order on his cell phone he took his SIM card out of this phone, placed it in a trashbag, placed the phone in another trash bag, and then drove to a military base on Cape Cod and threw them in a dumpster. He did not transfer his old data to his new phone.

Commonwealth - The prosecution performed a “chip-off”, a process that is completely and permanently destructive of any and all data in the process, of #KarenRead’s vehicle’s telematics system and infotainment system. And guess what? They recovered NO VEHICLE DATA and destroyed all vehicle data contained therein in the process

Michael Proctor / MSP: (1) Accessed John O'Keefe's Ring account deleted and was the only person with access when videos were deleted. (2) Karen Read's location services were deleted in April 2022 while her phone was in the possession of the MSP. (3) Two minutes of footage from the Town's library camera from 12:37 to 12:39 was missing the exact time Karen Read drove by a when her taillight would have been visible. The town IT director gave police the entire file, which they burned onto a CD and the 2 minutes are missing from the MSP CD. (4) 42 minutes of the Sallyport video was deleted from 5:08pm to 5:50pm where it should have a perfect view of Karen Read's taillight. (5) Missing GPS data from a snowplow that cleared Fairview Road. (6) Geofence data was not preseved which would give a timeline of who was in 34 Fairview and st what time.

Michael Morrissey - used his personal email to conduct ex-parte communications with sitting judges and court personnel on behalf of Jen McCabe & Chris Albert. He switched his cellphone’s settings to auto-delete messages every 30 days.

Karen Read - Deleted nothing. In fact Yuri Bukhenik admitted the MSP accessed John O'Keefe's Ring account and there is NO EVIDENCE Karen Read did.
