Well done @VirginTrains for making the 2 hour delay Liverpool - #Euston bearable. Shame staff at Victoria station made a 15 min delay to Worthing absolute hell. 7 hour total journey. Still, would always choose this over the situation of the boy at Euston. #MentalHealthAwareness

@OTkatec I use an adapted bullet journal type system before to track my cpd and plan development. There are videos on YouTube about how the system works for daily organising, just needs a bit of creativity to make it work for cpd!
