Peter Obi can no longer deny TINUBU’S unparalleled achievements in Lagos again. He seems to have fully accepted that TINUBU performed beyond wonders in Lagos, going by his hangout with Seun Okinbaloye tonight. The only issue remaining with him now is what he said tonight that "This is not the same Tinubu that governed Lagos". 😆
Well Peter, this is still the TINUBU who's building Sokoto-Badagry Super Highway, Lagos-Calabar Coastal Highway, offering NELFUND services, increasing the revenue of Nigeria just as he did in Lagos, He started paying WAEC Fees of Secondary School Students in Lagos, now he is paying school fees of Tertiary Institution Students in Nigeria. He took Lagos IGR from N500m to N8b, he has taken Nigeria's net Reserves from $4b in 2023 to over $40b today! He's rebuilding the FCT, joining Satelite towns with City Centers. He's galvanising local and international partners to combat insecurity. He has brought inflation from 30% in 2023 to 15% today. The Debt to GDP ratio is going down. IGR has trippled! No salaries are owed, pensions are paid. Tax Reforms has replaced Ways and means!!! Economic Policies are consistent and reliable and have survived both the sophisticated and pedestrian propaganda of the opposition!
Clap for the JAGABAN!
I have directed the mining marshals to seal off an illegal gold mining site in Gwagwalada, following fresh intelligence of unlawful activity in the area. This action became necessary to protect residents and avert environmental dangers.
Earlier this month, our marshals shut down a similar site in the District 2 Extension layout, where sixteen suspects were arrested.
The Ministry’s Mines Inspectorate has inspected the site at Gwagwalada and confirmed full compliance with my directive. A comprehensive investigation is ongoing to identify the root causes and recommend preventive measures.
Meanwhile, the marshals, under ACC John Attah Onoja, have placed both sites under 24-hour surveillance until the inquiry is completed.
I strongly advise residents to avoid these locations. Illegal mining not only destroys the environment but also endangers lives.
We remain firm in our resolve to eradicate illegal mining nationwide. To strengthen enforcement, the Ministry is fast-tracking the deployment of satellite surveillance technology to monitor mining operations across the country.
@yakubwudil Let's be honest. The late PMB ( God bless his soul) invested heavily in Agriculture and even locked the borders. Loans were given to rice farmers and millers. Even maize farmers. What did they do with the funds? This was just less than 7 years ago. Let's judge ourselves first.
If I had known, I would have said no to Mayowa when he asked us to attend a party after his office end-of-the-year party.
I should have insisted on staying back. I should have just listened to Yemisi and told him it was too late to go out.
He was a doctor in Nigeria with 3cars & domestic staff. Coming to Canada, he's not yet able to practice medicine.
He's made it clear that expectations & realities abroad are not close, you will work your ass off. Please, do your due diligence b4 you japa.
