How do YOU treat a shared space? This is definitely me...

Unlock your body's natural fat-burning power! High-intensity exercise releases human growth hormone, boosting energy and slowing aging. It's all about giving your body the right conditions to heal.
You can either have health insurance or vaccines, but not both. That's because vaccines cause such a massive increase in chronic illness they break any health insurance system (public, private, health share, doesn't matter). Until we have THAT conversation, reform is impossible.

Then there’s DMSO—a natural compound once hailed as a medical miracle but later demonized into obscurity.
DMSO boosts circulation, reduces inflammation, revives dormant cells, and even dissolves amyloid.
Early studies showed it could reverse dementia.
The FDA banned it after it outperformed pharmaceuticals, then spent decades smearing it.
Now, even though it’s legal again, it’s forgotten—except by those who’ve seen its results firsthand.
This anecdote says it all: “My mother spoke again after two weeks on DMSO.”
So what actually causes Alzheimer’s disease?
According to Bredesen, there are five distinct types of Alzheimer’s disease.
1 - Inflammatory—Driven by excessive inflammation, often metabolic or infectious in nature. (poor diet, a leaky gut, latent infections, etc.)
2 - Atrophic—Caused by deficiencies in nutrients, hormones, and other factors that provide supportive signals to brain cells. (vitamin D, thyroid hormone, estrogen, progesterone, and testosterone, etc.) These deficiencies may be caused by a lack of fluid circulation that ultimately prevents the nutrients from reaching where they need to go.
3 - Toxic—Results from exposure to toxic substances that directly damage neurons. (mold, Lyme disease, heavy metals, etc.)
4 - Vascular—Caused by chronic restriction of cerebral blood flow. (hypertension, atherosclerosis, or small vessel disease)
5 - Traumatic—Associated with a history of brain injury, like significant or repeated concussions.
Hard truth: The gym isn't hard. Getting to the gym is hard. The conversation isn't hard. Starting the conversation is hard. The project isn't hard. Opening the document is hard. The activation energy is where 90% of resistance lives. Once you're in motion, the task is easy. The start is everything.
Most people can name maybe four of the Ten Commandments.
Even fewer understand what they actually mean.
They're not a random list of rules an angry God handed down to spoil our fun.
They're a portrait of what it looks like to be truly free, given to a people who had just been set free.
Here's what each one actually means.
A thread. 🧵
Commandment 4 — the bridge between God and people:
"Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy." (Exodus 20:8)
This is the longest of the ten and the most countercultural.
A people who had been slaves, worked relentlessly with no rest, are commanded to stop one day in seven.
Rest was a radical declaration: your worth is not measured by your output.
You are not a machine.
The world does not collapse when you stop.
For former slaves whose entire identity had been productivity, this wasn't a restriction.
It was dignity.
