Court records initially appeared to show a divorce filing.

Lena now says those documents were fraudulently filed by someone impersonating her and that no legitimate divorce has been initiated by her.

So while TMZ and other outlets reported a divorce filing and custody request based on court documents, Lena is now disputing the filing's legitimacy and says she is not divorcing Adam22.
