@RokuSupport Hi ! Are you working on a fix for certain hotels where the prompt “I am connecting to a dorm / hotel WiFi” does not show up? Roku thinks it is connected but it still actually needs to authenticate via a page and so there is no connection!

@AmazonHelp Bonjour, j’ai précommandé une paire d’écouteurs Sony WF-1000XM3 pendant les ventes flash en début Août mais le colis a été perdu. Le support m’a fait attendre à chaque fois en disant que ça arriverait ou qu’une solution allait être apportée passé la deadline 1/2

@AmazonHelp C'est ce que j'ai dit dans mon premier tweet... on m'a dit d'attendre et attendre pour au final annuler ma commande sans me proposer le renvoi en me disant que produit non dispo or ce produit est dorénavant disponible. Je l'avais précommandé durant la vente flash à 199€.
