Look at this little girl, Kamsi. Her mom used all the money she had made selling corn (₦120,000) to send her to Enugu from Imo for the 2-week technology bootcamp.

The good news is that someone has refunded her mom the ₦120,000 she invested in her daughter.

She is doing amazingly well in the training already.

She lost her only brother to a road accident, and her mom believes that education is their only way out.

It's disrespectful, creates an unnecessary power imbalance, and is a red flag for a potentially toxic workplace culture.
