Fluoride is a salt form of fluorine (13th most abundant element on Earth, naturally found in water). It reinforces bones by increasing bone cell proliferation. It is completely harmless at concentrations in fluoridated water (≈ 0.7 mg/L)

@MartinSLewis @bbc5live Additionally, not wasting money on expensive cars - more expensive doesn't = quality and cars are also the biggest loss in terms of an investment that you can make i.e. As soon as you drive it off that forecourt it depreciates in value. And there is the ongoing cost of fixing it
