@ChrisLewisLLS Going to make an intentional effort to set aside time regularly to spend with each of my team members to discover how I can better support them to be successful.
@ChrisLewisLLS Good comment. When I think of the leaders that had the most impact on me, thier impact had nothing to do with position, yet they taughght me a lot, and I would have walked over broken glass for them because of what they did for me.
@ChrisLewisLLS I have scheduled time to informally connect with each of my team members daily. I can find out how they are doing personally, and give them an opportunity to ask any questions or get clarity on anything they need. It lets me identify any areas That need special attention.
@Leadershipfreak Clear intentional goal setting. This would help my team to be clear about where they need to go, and what they need to do to get there.
@Susanjmccann This is so true. I have recently discovered that this fear is what has been holding me back. It gets in the way of reaching my goals and looks like I start but don’t finish a lot of things. Awareness is the first step to moving beyond. Thanks for the post!
