@GNRailUK anyone want to explain what is happening with Hertford to Moorgate service this morning, 1 train late, next train seems to be cancelled and following 801 from Hertford hasn’t departed origin on time yet either
@GNRailUK Thanks for replying, ANY idea at all when the timetable will improve please ... I really do want to get back to the office! Next week? Early February? Valentine’s Day?
@GNRailUK When are trains resuming so people can get back to work? Trains only every 30 mins at peak times to Moorgate! 😡 (every 6-10mins pre-covid)
I dislike WFH & want return to office ASAP but I don’t want overcrowded trains or stranded for an hour in cold if a breakdown!
@GNRailUK Last change was a month ago. And frequency of trains on this route was not increased on 6th Sept timetable. Yet a lot more people are travelling now. There is *no* indication on your site that a new timetable is coming out in next few weeks but it’s urgently needed 😱
@GNRailUK People are returning to commuting now so 4 trains an hour isn’t sufficient during morning peak. It’s crowded and standing only already to Moorgate with 14 stops to go!
When is the frequency of the trains returning to something close to normal? (6-8+ trains an hour)
Pleased to say received full refund from @iglucruise for trip cancelled by cruise line in mid March due to all ports closed on sailing (Jewel of the Seas).
Thank you Iglu’s Twitter team for getting in touch, agents on telephone and email for helping to resolve.
47 days, still waiting for full refund! @iglucruise and @planetcruise cancelled holiday on 11th March. Since then spamming me with deals but I won’t book anything until I have my money back! No replies to emails & impossible to get hold off by phone.
@GNRailUK Driver of 1810 MOG to HFN service has done a great job of keeping passengers calmly and regularly informed about delays due to Finsbury Park tonight. And helping people trying to get to Cambridge via AAP too. Good job!
#thankyou#thankyoudriver
@GNRailUK what are the chances of you putting a departure board in the ticket hall/gate area at Moorgate, save people going all the way down to see a train is delayed or cancelled
Right serious now... who wants to hire me?
After April of relaxation, holiday & being @SedgwickMeads for Reading Beer Festival (they sold everything I gave them <3 )
So now..... job hunting!
I'm open to Perm or contract?
Preferring Product Management/Delivery or Agile Coaching
Warning:Don’t buy anything online for collection instore to @curryspcworld because it’s impossible to get refunded
Wrong item sent >28days ago, returned by courier same day,cos policy is no store refund.
Many emails & calls later and no one helps. Other retailers are much quicker
Sorry realised my last tweet was unfair ...
Odds of England winning 6-0 against Croatia tonight in World Cup FAR higher than @GNRailUK not cancelling trains tonight due to lack of drivers or “short notice amendments” #ENGCRO#fifaworldcup#gnrail#bringbackoldtimetable#gnrailuk
Odds of England winning their FIFA World Cup match today in FT much higher than odds trains will run this evening & won’t be cancelled due to “lack of drivers” & “short notice cancellations”
@GNRailUK dare you to prove me wrong!
#gnrail#Railplan2020FAIL#bringbackoldtimetable
My 741 train was on time! :D
If we arrive on time then I’m buying a lottery ticket AND England will win the FIFA World Cup.
(Shame about the passengers on the prior 7:31 service that was delayed - it isn’t perfect *yet*)
@gnrupdates#gnrail#gnrailuk#wowmytrainisontime
@GNRailUK must think timetables are cruel so they set their trains free hence the erratic “service”! https://t.co/69rbNqkreo
There is no other explanation for the terrible train service!
I’d ask them to reconsider the human impact too and retame the trains again
Thx @gnrupdates
