@creativeburne He’s an all-time horrible investor.
If he had just taken all his proceeds from that sale and dumped it into the S&P, his net worth would’ve been more than double what it is today.

@SahilBloom There’s a professional interviewer/podcaster who does this. You pay him to do a podcast with your parents. He doesn’t publish it because most wouldn’t have mass appeal. He just gives the final product to the family.
@GilStudent@Mottel It’s horrifying how many allegedly Frum scholarly people a) have no concept of eilu v’eilu divrei elokim chaim. b) think they can argue on Rishonim because archaeologist support their view.
@dugmartsch@2024dion If NJ would define the word City the same way NY does, then NJ would have a city with 4 million people. The city would have 5 boroughs called Essex, Hudson, Bergen, Union and Passaic.
@investing_law I’m sure you understand, but many in the comments clearly don’t get that this IS possible. If policy is to bill in half-hour increments and you get on a call with a client for 10 minutes, you charge for the half-hour. Do that 12 times a day—you worked 2 hours, but can bill for 6.
