Update - Telstra credit management team have now blocked me from ordering for 6 months due to the cancelled order THEY had to cancel. I’ll be taking it further.

@Telstra I pre order 2 new phones within 15 minutes of pre orders. Star track don’t deliver them because you guys forgot to put a company name on the address, here I am 5 days later with no resolution and being told nothing will happen this week! How is this okay for customers?

@Telstra Update: the situation has gotten worse and I’m close to pulling my services with @Telstra and contacting the telecommunications ombudsman.
