Because the jurors rendered their May verdict in a civil case, they were asked only whether Carroll proved her allegation was probably true. In a criminal case, prosecutors would need to prove the allegation beyond a reasonable doubt.

@jasrifootball Wanting the ball 1st or 2nd both have some positives, but I agree with others- Get the ball 1st and there is a chance you can also get the ball 3rd. Now, if your defense is hot, or your offense blows, take the ball 2nd.. At least then you give your office 4 downs if needed.
