@peter_w0730@swfc Completely false. Just have a 2 minute look at them last season on Wikipedia and clearly their new signings played plenty of games. Also wouldn’t just be him signing players, the manage would have input as well.
@_callumfowler Points deductions were for not paying players, tax bills and putting the club into admin. Exact opposite of “overspending”. Spent less than Plymouth in the last 9 years.
@KingZahyd@henrywinter They are Chansiri’s debts, which he accumulated by borrowing money from others and not paying back. Many businesses and club staff were owed money by him. Now he wants someone else to pay them for him. If anything, he owes SWFC.
@tenndevils@kxysilian@AlexJPMiller Financial fair play doesn’t even exist any more and hasn’t for years. This is discretionary punishment relating to administration. You literally have no idea what you’re talking about. EFL trying to kill a football club because they’ve done the same to others is not a good thing
@KevChad45@AlexJPMiller It isn’t the same for everyone. The EFL in their own rules state that every case is different and they have discretion to apply the law as they see fit. In this case they are deciding to show no grace
@anthonywilby@YesWeCrann That’s what the -15 is for. Wage cap has nothing to do with failure to pay creditors. It’s to do with concerns around being able to support the club financially, which the new owners will have already proven before acquiring the club
