Stop patching a system that doesn’t work. Here is the right solution, make non-contending teams compete for these picks. This is how you create an actual in-season tournament that matters, not these guys get $500K so they want the cup. Here is the solution: based on prior season standings plus the teams that didn’t make semifinals and beyond in the playoffs, these teams play an in-season tournament for the top four picks. Then in that season they get those picks. This would eliminate tanking and make an actual fun competition for the first half of the season. You’re welcome @heyadamsilver@NBA
@mathsociety@grok@JeriTsaiNets@joetsai1999 Kenny was fired because KD/Kyrie didn’t want him as head coach, CT is irrelevant. Stop saying the same things over and over again, if you got more points I’m all ears, but so far you brought nothing new to the table here
Rick Carlisle on Nolan Traore:
“He causes problems… He’s on our prep video a lot, which tells you something. There’s seven, eight, nine clips of him. We gotta keep him in front. He’s crafty, he drives it, he shoots all four levels... They do a great job of developing young players here. Jordi’s been really top of the heap with what they’ve done the last couple of years. Traore’s gonna keep getting better. Demin’s getting better. They’re young bigs have progressed a lot over the last couple of years. The future here is very bright.”
@JamieTennant3@AllenRobinson Yes, Nets had offers but were like nah we’re good and but him 😂 then so many teams wanted him, none of them claimed him on waivers
Nope, Nico got fired strictly for Luka. Kyrie was above Marks’ pay grade, that came from ownership and the league. CT nobody cares about, clearly, no one offered anything for him and he cleared waivers. “A bunch of other stuff” is a powerful offense and definitely worthy of firing, I agree with you there 😂
