I'm an estimator. I run an estimating firm. I can't find enough good estimators for my own team. And I sit on the other side of the table as a GC. Every part of this market is personal.

This is about the craft. I genuinely love estimating. The discipline of reading a set, building a number you'd stake your reputation on, having the intuition to feel the problems. There's an art to it that most people will never understand.

I want to give everything I've learned back to the people who do.

Ask a quick question or hand over a report, and Claude takes it from there, even after you close your laptop. If something's unclear, Claude asks—you keep the final say.
