- Data centers are wildly profitable even despite the major upfront investment
- selling compute is additionally wildly profitable
- as agents become more capable you will see money move from traditional SaaS co's towards compute companies
- revenue will aggregate towards companies who provide inference and compute in throughput
- this will become a public utility, probably within my lifetime
So there is no "bubble" because Money is simply moving from different sectors to another. They’re not overvalued or overhyped ", most other software companies like QuickBooks, Salesforce, Zoom, HubSpot, Service Titan, and others will continue to dramatically lose revenue as people no longer necessarily need rigid software to succeed in the business world.
When software is no longer the moat, but rather the ability to compute is, you will see a moving of revenue from these publicly traded software companies towards companies who offer that compute.
You will also see this move over from industries who have largely been protected by knowledge work, such as lawyers, counselors, advisors, security auditors, CPAs, financial analysts, data analysts, and even generally speaking programmers.
The money spent and earned in those markets and areas will simply again move towards companies who offer compute, inference, and throughput. It's not that they're being overvalued, it's that money is moving from one sector to another.

Hosts profited off of the cleaning fee for years
Hosts were stupid with what they wanted done
It’s about time Airbnb fixed this for the paying consumer
its just bonkers the new policy @airbnb is trying to put in place. Putting the dishes in the dishwasher, taking out the trash, pulling the sheets off the bed....they are just standard things any normal person would do when staying at a house. Why wouldn't a host be allowed to say that?
