@gavinolito28 @JasonGregor So if Knoblauch hadn’t coached mcdavid would you still think it was a bad hire? He’s a great younger coach ready for an NHL job the fact he coached Mcdavid is just a little icing on the cake.

@island_oiler Ya I believe Coffey is likely temp solution unless he comes in and makes a huge difference. I think everyone is hung up on Knoblauch being mcdavids former coach. Aside from that he is highly regarded as great coach who’s ready for an NHL job.
