Swalwell admitted to sleeping with Christine Fang Aka Fang Fang, according to investigative files made public by the White House Transparency Task Force.

He claims Fang came to his home and the pair “hooked up” after he had taken an Ambien.

Swalwell’s Chinese lover encouraged him to visit China.
