With all that he was 11th in QBR and won playoff games.

I’ve listened to a couple shows weigh in on the CJ Stroud extension, and when they don’t even know the players on the Texans roster, then start getting the context of last season wrong too, I’m sorry, but I’m clicking next.

It’s a good reminder of the value of local coverage. This isn’t about only listening to opinions I agree with. Regardless of which side you’re on, I’d rather hear it from someone informed on the situation. Once you show you don’t know the team or context, it’s hard to take the larger opinion seriously.

I understand national analysts can’t know all 32 teams like people who hyper focus on one. But it’s pretty ironic that voices with limited knowledge of a specific team/situation often end up driving the national narratives and talking points around it. 😂
