سمعت ملكة بريطانيا أن تشرشل قال رأياً جريئاً عن النساء، فاستدعته لتواجهه بنفسها. دخل تشرشل هادئاً وسيغاره بين أصابعه، بينما كانت الملكة تنظر إليه بثبات، قالت له: "أحقا قلت إن كل امرأة يمكن أن تبيع نفسها لو عرض عليها السعر المناسب لم يرتبك؟". ابتسم وقال: "كنت أختبر فكرة يا صاحبة الجلالة". رفعت الملكة حاجبها وقالت: "إذاً قل لي، هل تظن أنني أنا أيضاً يمكن أن أفعل ذلك؟". ساد الصمت لحظة، كان السؤال كافياً لإسقاط أي رجل، لكن تشرشل لم يتراجع، قال بههدوء: "نعم، لو كان الثمن مناسباً". تغير وجه الملكة، اقتربت خطوة وسألت: "وكم تظن أن ثمني؟". نظر إليها تشرشل طويلاً ثم قال رقماً صغيراً جداً. اشتعل الغضب في ملامحها، قالت بدهشة: "أنا ملكة بريطانيا بهذا الثمن؟". عندها ابتسم تشرشل ابتسامته الأخيرة وقال: "يا صاحبة الجلالة، نحن اتفقنا على المبدأ وباقي أن نساوي على السعر". في تلك اللحظة لم يكن ينتصر على الملكة، كان يكشف فخاً دخلته دون أن تشعر. الخسارة لا تبدأ من القرار نفسه، بل حين يتحول مساره من قيمة إلى ثمن...

One thing you have to recognize is how different the mind of @ReachDrMuganga is. He came here and made Bad Black a university brand ambassador. That got many talking. Took a university into organizing music concerts. Again, we had many talking. Now he is into big time AI.
Look at how bold and aggressive university infrastructure is becoming.
This is going to be an Ivy League university in the middle of Kampala.

University Education in Africa has to be extremely lucky politics never took such a special mind and brain.

"Chairman, a country without reserves is not sovereign. The potential of this Bill to destabilize Uganda’s balance of payments is our primary concern as a central bank. For example, last financial year the overall balance of payment surplus was USD 1.5 billion. That’s how we were able to increase our reserve coverage by USD 1.5 billion. Today as we speak our reserves are close to USD 6 billion. Why? Because these inflows have been coming in. The moment you tamper with these inflows here, we risk running down our reserves, and that is economic disaster for a country.” Governor Atingi-Ego on the Protection of Sovereignty Bill 2026 in an appearance before Parliament today.
