Basically, the State of #Israel is a colonial project. No one in the world denies this. As such, it needed extreme violence in 1948 to remove the indigenous people (Palestinians) from their land and homes and replace them.

But because the indigenous population is not extinct, and remains committed to their right to return, freedom and independence, Israel needs to persistently engage in extreme violence. Look (in the video below) what Israel has done to Gaza in just two weeks!!!
