RACI is not en vogue but as you know, in an incident for there to calm some level of command internally and externally is nesesary

@jpaulreed This is largely driven by the multi-sourcing world and in order for insourced IM to exist it often gets measured on these scales or it gets out sourced.. customer/employee experience doesn't matter.. cost does.
