@mammotiontech This product would be better if the company could reply to emails in an effective and timely manner. Started a returns process over two weeks ago and am still waiting for money back. Returned Yuba mini because I ordered the mini 2, now can't get an estimated delivery date 🫣
@SarahCholwill I had issues trying to claim through them as well, they basically make it impossible. In the end I got the warranty fee reimbursed but had to threaten with the financial ombudsman. Absolutely disgusting after being heavily pressured into taking the warranty out in the first place

@KLM you just cancelled my flight and only offered one alternative that is unacceptable. Not the first time this has happened and it is incredibly frustrating especially since I am travelling with a young family. Customer service appears to be non existent (again)

@OctopusEnergy you are an absolute joke. You erroneously changed my gas meter in the national energy database to pay as you go so I am now unable to get good quotes from new providers now that I am at the end of my contract with Octopus. Raised this issue 3 weeks ago ...
@OctopusEnergy In addition @OctopusEnergy have been promising to resolve the meter details in the national energy database since 22nd April ... There is no reason why this should take so long other than negligence by the company

I have been told for over a year that I would be getting a smart meter upgrade
